Feasibility
The feasibility will take place during the Free Consultation meeting and will include a detailed discussion on what you wish to achieve, the approvals that you will need from the authorities and your budget.
Concept Design
After the Feasibility has been closed out and we have the brief, we will go away and begin to produce some design options tailored by the information that you have provided us.
Planning / Building Regulations Application
Whether you require Planning Permission, Building Regulations Approval or both, we liaise with Building Control and carry out all administration work to ensure that applications are submitted and approvals are gained to contribute towards hitting your desired 
time scale.
Construction Drawings
As Chartered Architectural Technologists and proud members of the Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) we are specialists when it comes to producing detailed construction drawings.
Tender / Construction Stage
Once we have received Building Regulations Approval, it is then your decision to either use our recommended building team (which are specialists in both traditional and timber framed construction) or use an alternative building team that you may already have in mind. At this stage building work can then commence on site and we can offer to manage the project during the construction stage to ensure that builders have adequate guidance, work is completed to your time scales and the work is carried out to our levels of quality.
